Limited Product Warranty

 

Deeprio Warranty Policy 

Deeprio products comes with a one-year global warranty covering all manufacturing defects, faults in design, and workmanship issues. During the warranty period, Deeprio will replace any damaged or defective products with a replacement product at no cost. Deeprio will cover the delivery cost for the replacement product. In some instances, Deeprio may ask a customer to send in a faulty unit so that it can be studied – in this instance Deeprio will also cover these delivery costs. 
 
The warranty period begins on the day the product is purchased, based off the purchase receipt. Customers are advised to keep their receipt for the duration of their warranty period. If customers are unable to provide a receipt or invoice for their purchase, the warranty period will be based on the manufacturing date associated with the product serial number. 
 
The warranty is not transferable and does not cover commercial or rental use. The warranty specifically excludes battery depletion or other conditions resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or handling, negligence, alteration, accident or unauthorized repair. 
 
These warranty terms are global, and do not override any mandatory warranty periods dictated by national laws. Some customers may be entitled to longer warranty support dependant on location. 

 

Deeprio Accidental Damage Warranty 

For a small additional fee, customers can choose to get accidental damage warranty for their Deeprio products. This provides warranty cover for a wider variety of issues such as: 

Water damage 
Fire damage 
Fall/shock damage 
Crush damage 
Battery depletion 
Damaged components e.g cracked screen 

The accidental damage warranty runs alongside your regular warranty, and lasts the same duration of time. Under the accidental damage warranty, Deeprio will replace any damaged products with a replacement product at no cost. Deeprio will cover the delivery cost for the replacement product. In some instances, Deeprio may ask a customer to send in a damaged unit so that it can be studied – in this instance Deeprio will also cover these delivery costs. 
 
The accidental damage warranty does not apply to lost or stolen products, or products which have been damaged or interfered with intentionally.
