Return Policy | DeepRio

If you wish to return a purchase, Deeprio must be clearly notified of this intention before the return deadline passes. You have from the point of making the order until 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.  

 
Return notifications should be made through email to support@deeprio.com. 

You must specify your name, address, and the order number associated with the order so that we can process the return. Once you notify us of the cancellation, we will provide a delivery address for returns via email and you will have a further 14 days to ship the goods back to Deeprio.  

 
Returned goods must be in a saleable condition. This means all elements must be present, including any paperwork and charging cables, and there must not be damage to the goods or to the box. 

 
Upon Deeprio receiving your returned goods we will provide to you a full refund including basic delivery costs (if applicable) to the same payment card or account which was used to make the initial purchase. Deeprio will also cover the standard shipping costs for the return. 

 
For your own security we strongly recommend that you ask for a proof of shipping when sending the return. If the return shipment becomes lost within the postage system, you will still be eligible to receive your full refund if you are able to send this proof of shipping to us.   

 

Delivery Policy 

Deeprio delivers worldwide at no charge. We ship from warehouses in the USA, EU and China, depending on which is closest to the customer’s address, providing fast and efficient delivery.  
 
Orders usually ship within 24hrs on weekdays, 48hrs on weekends. Delivery takes an average of 3-5 working days, but can be longer depending on local delivery systems and extenuating circumstances. If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving a purchase confirmation, please contact us at support@deeprio.com. 
 
Customers are responsible for any import fees which their own country may impose on goods. Customers should make sure they are aware of any additional costs or shipment delays their country’s import and customs systems may cause. 

Faulty Goods Policy 

At Deeprio we want you to be happy with your purchases. However, if you unfortunately have an issue with your product we are here to help. 

If you notice any manufacturing defects or software errors with your Deeprio product: 

  1. Contact our dedicated support team at support@deeprio.com. Our trained staff will work with you to resolve the issue and get your device working as it should. 
  1. If our support team are unable to provide an adequate solution and your device is thus rendered in an unusable state, you will be eligible to request a replacement device. 
  1. Our support team may ask you to ship the defective unit to Deeprio for quality control purposes, or they may ask you to destroy the device. 
  1. Once the defective unit is shipped or destroyed, our support team will send out a replacement device to you. Deeprio will cover the shipping cost of defective units we request shipped back to us, and the shipping cost of replacement units.
